Abstract

Optimizing the spontaneous recovery activations of tissue and cells using the oxygen in the best way. In this study, we reviewed the healing process of two sisters, 68-year-old G.T. who had a complicated hip prosthesis operation in the same period. Medical ozone oil and plasma obtained from platelets (platelet) rich plasma (PRP) method were used in healing the wound tissue of the patient named R.A.. When our skin tissue is injured, clot cells come to the site to repair and secrete substances called growth factors and initiate the healing process of skin tissue. They also pull stem cells into the injured area. Therefore, skin repair and regeneration process is triggered when the skin is treated with rich PRP. When growth factors are given to the environment, they help repair the damaged tissues by supporting the body's self-healing mechanisms. Medical ozone therapy has been used in order to make tissue and cells optimal use of oxygen. Only the healing process of G.T. was observed and the dressing treatments were continued in a private hospital. While the wound healing process of R.A. was completed in 10 days, the recovery period of his brother G.T. was 87 days. It was found that the patient was given oxygenation with ozone treatment and his / her blood plasma cells were used with PRP treatment.
