Abstract

In this study, ZnO nanopowders were synthesized by MW-HTS method using different zinc source and hydroxide sources. The structural and morphological properties of these nanopowders were studied using XRD and SEM. In order to investigate the photoelectrochemical properties of the obtained ZnO nanopowders, ZnO anodes were prepared on the FTO by using the doctor blade method. Solar cell performance of these DSSCs has been analyzed by calculating some solar cell parameters (????%, ????????????, ???????? and ????????????).
